After hours include weekdays before 8AM and after 6PM, Saturdays after 1PM and Sundays and public holidays
However, during standard hours, we will bulk bill patients who are under the age of 16 as well as patients who hold valid health care, pension, DVA or concession cards.

Cancellation Policy:

If an appointment is cancelled within four hours prior to the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of $50 applies.
